An 18 month old Giant Panda cub, one of four we were photographing.
These cubs spent a lot of their time climbing trees and sleeping in the upper branches.
Occasionally they would trust a thin branch with their weight only for it to break and the panda would fall to the ground. They would continue to play, undeterred by the experience.
One of their favourite activities was to roll down the hill - which they clearly enjoyed.
